Harmonious Culture In The Visual Threshold Of Social Philosophy

In nowadays, culture, which is called "soft power", combines economy, politics and society, and its position and function in the overall national strength competition is becoming more and more important. How to deal with the relationship between national traits and global characters, how to preserve the national cultural traits and how to ensure their healthy development to form harmonious culture have become the issues of common concern for different nations.The principles of harmonious culture are: the principle of sticking to Marxist cultural concept guiding in the ideological field, the principle of realizing cultural innovation on the basis of inheritance and development and the principle of strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization, especially the construction of ideology and morality as the guideline. What the harmonious society demanding the harmonious culture includes: The harmonious society is the cultural harmonious society; The harmonious culture is the reflection and sublimation of the harmonious society and is also the value guidance, the intelligent support and the spiritual military constructing the harmonious society. The harmonious culture has the huge reaction to the harmonious society.The innovations of this article: From perspective of social philosophy, this paper makes a tentative discussion on the issues of the harmonious culture, such as cultural subject, cultural order, cultural achievements and cultural activities. 1) The harmoniousness of cultural subject includes the harmoniousness between individual and himself, the harmoniousness between individuals, the harmoniousness between cultural individual and cultural group and the harmoniousness between cultural groups. To cultivate a favorable cultural subject -consciousness, an individual or a nation should hold conscious understanding to its culture and criticize and transcend its historical culture constantly to innovate traditional cultures. 2) Cultural order is a stable and ordered condition in cultural field, which is guaranteed by the means such as laws, morals, management and social technology. What the harmoniousness of the cultural order recognize, respect, maintain and develop the diversity of human civilization ensures every country to inherit and develop its traditional culture based on its background to develop its unique culture and oppose the counter-civilized and counter-cultural behavior together, which is also the inner requirement of establishing new order of the new harmonious international cultural order. 3) The harmony of cultural achievements which interact with each other is the harmoniousness of different cultural forms which includes cultures between different nations, cultures between different relives and cultures between different fields. We must learn from the achievements of different civilizations of other countries positively with a wide outlook and a great mind so as to hold the opportunity, fully use national and international resources and value different kinds of advantages, which are important points constructing the harmonious culture. 4) The harmoniousness of cultural activities includes the harmoniousness of the aim of cultural activities, the harmoniousness of organizational process of cultural activities, the harmoniousness of the management process of cultural activities and the harmoniousness of two benefits of cultural activities.Conclusions: harmonious culture is a system of cultural power which contains containment, advancement, innovation and epochal characters. It is a system of cultural power which advocates and pursues the harmonies of cultural thoughts, cultural activities, cultural order and cultural achievements. Harmoniousness and inharmoniousness are related as unification of opposites, which is a process of harmoniousness defeats inharmoniousness.
