The paper is do some research on the dimensions and antecedent variables of the job satisfaction of the ceramic industry employees in Chaozhou, exploring the relationship with the employees' job satisfaction and its antecedent variables. A Job Satisfaction questionnaire for the ceramic industry employees in Chaozhou is made up in this study, which promotes the study of the employees' job satisfaction.This paper adopts following research methods: document collection, interview, questionnaire survey, etc. The questionnaire is worked out on the base of some relative materials. After collecting the data via questionnaire, we conducted an analysis by utilizing the functions, such as exploratory factors analysis and one-way analysis of variances, which are included in SPSS statistic software package.The results of this study show:1. The structure of job satisfaction of the ceramic industry employees in Chaozhou is composed of four dimensions: job reward, enterprise condition, enterprise leaders, job itself.2. The job Satisfaction questionnaire can promote the study of the employees' job satisfaction of the ceramic industry employees in Chaozhou.3. The factors of demography such as age, working tenure, married condition, scale of enterprise, type of enterprise, can affect the facets of the job satisfaction.4. There is remarkable negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention.
