Teachers' job satisfaction is the attitude, experience and perceptual response of teachers after comparing their actual feelings of each component of work with their expectations of work according to their evaluation criteria, which has an important impact on teaching level and teaching quality.Mandarin teachers are the most important human resources in Chinese language education.Due to the particularity of overseas working environment and teaching objects, their physical and mental conditions should be paid more attention.Volunteer Mandarin teachers and local teachers are the main force of Chinese language education in the UK.Their working attitude is related to the development of Chinese language education in the UK.It is necessary to investigate and analyze their job satisfaction. At the same time, the teachers' job satisfaction survey has a relatively mature theoretical basis and relevant survey scale in the world, and it is highly feasible to carry out the British Mandarin teachers' job satisfaction survey based on this. This article selects the volunteer Mandarin teachers and native teachers as the research objects, research results at home and abroad for reference, combining the characteristics of the British group of Mandarin teachers, established the Mandarin teachers' job satisfaction survey of survey tools, through the random sampling questionnaire survey, learn the Mandarin teachers' job satisfaction factors and the status quo. Then, subjects were selected to conduct interviews based on the analysis of questionnaire results, and coding and theoretical model construction were carried out based on qualitative research,so as to explore the correlation between influencing factors. Finally, through the discussion of the research results, some suggestions and references are put forward. The results show that:Firstly, the Mandarin teachers in the UK are generally satisfied with their work, and their scores in the six dimensions of education and training, external support,self-realization and identity, interpersonal relationship, income and return, and living and working environment all exceed the theoretical neutral value of 3.There aredifferences in teaching area, gender, teacher category, educational background and teaching time in the UK.The degree of satisfaction was highest in the dimension of self-realization and identity, and lowest in the dimension of education and training.Secondly, through qualitative analysis,it is further concluded that education and training are the leading factors affecting the job satisfaction of Mandarin teachers, which not only directly affect the job satisfaction of Mandarin teachers, but also indirectly affect the job satisfaction through the dimensions of self-realization and recognition.Self-realization and recognition are the determinants of job satisfaction of Mandarin teachers in the UK,which drives the development of education and training to a higher level.Interpersonal relationship is the limiting factor that affects the job satisfaction of Mandarin teachers.
