The Research On The Satisfaction Status And Influencing Factors Of Targeted Poverty Reduction In Yunnan Province

Since the founding of the new China,poverty reduction has always been a government project,and it has made great achievements by persistently increase poverty efforts.As to 2016,the number of people living in poverty in China fell from165.66 million(in 2010)to 43.32 million,and the incidence rate of poverty fell from17.27 percent to 4.5 percent.At present,China's poverty alleviation work has entered a critical period.Yunnan province is located on the frontier,the economy is underdeveloped,it has been regarded as the hard work of targeted poverty alleviation which has more old revolutionary,ethnic,remote frontier and poor areas than other provinces.It has been the key to consider how to decrease poverty more targeted and efficient to reach the goal that get out poverty in 2020.This study aims to grasp the difficulties and shortcomings of the implementation of poverty alleviation measures through understanding the satisfaction and demand of farmers in Yunnan province,and it also could to provide guidance and advice to local government.Based on this,there are three main research in this study:(1)Scale compilation.There are three questionnaires include in this study which strictly followed the standards and methods of psychological measurement that are ‘the Expectation Questionnaire of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Object',‘the Actual Perception Questionnaire of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Object' and ‘Overall Help Satisfaction Scale'.An exploratory analysis was conducted on the initial questionnaire data of 262 targeted poverty-alleviation objects,and the structure and items of the questionnaires were determined,in addition,the questionnaire data of 262 targeted poverty-alleviation objects were analyzed to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaires.(2)In this paper,524 poverty-alleviation targets were measured in four areas of Zhuang fang community in Panlong district in Kunming,Xundian,Chuxiong and Dehong of Yunnan province.In this study,the researcher not only systematicly analyzed the overall situation of help satisfaction,expectation and actual perception of targeted poverty alleviation in Yunnan province and the differences in demographic variables,but also to explore expectations,the influence of the actual perception on helping satisfaction.Based on the grounded theory,the researcher conducted semi-structured interviews with 12 assistance targets,and deeply understood the factors that influence the satisfaction of the help.The result of research shows:(1)The questionnaires have good reliability and validity,which can effectively support follow-up research.‘The Expectation Questionnaire of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Object' consists of four dimensions,15 items,and its internal consistency coefficient is 0.817 and has the ideal construct validity.‘The Actual Perception Questionnaire of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Object' consists of seven dimensions,29 questions,and the internal consistency coefficient is 0.851 and has the ideal construct validity.‘Overall Help Satisfaction Scale' has two items and its?coefficient is 0.821.The results of single factor exploratory analysis showed that two items were included in the same component,indicating that the two subjects could jointly respond to variables to assistance satisfaction.(2)In Yunnan province,the assistance targets' satisfaction with the targeted poverty alleviation work are generally at the middle level,and most of the targets are positive about the targeted poverty alleviation work.(3)The expected value of targeted poverty alleviation in Yunnan province is generally in the middle level(the higher the score,the higher the expectation),and the expected scores are ranged from high to low is Policy Implementation and Management(4.18)> Economic Condition Improvement(4.04)> the Infrastructure Improvement(3.85)> Social Security(3.82).(4)The actual perceptive evaluation of targeted poverty alleviation objects in Yunnan province is generally at a moderate level(the higher the score,the better the actual perceived experience),according to the actual perception,the scores are arranged in order from high to low is the Infrastructure Improvement(4.29)> Life Security and Improvement(4.11)> Social Security and Welfare(4.06)> the Ways of Assistance(4.05)> Degree of Participation(3.79)> Policy Advocacy(3.33)> Fair and Open(2.92).(5)The factors influencing the satisfaction of targeted poverty alleviation are the Actual Perception,Expectation,Urgent Problem Solving,Policy Credits and self-Involvement.
