The paper did survey on M University, used qualitative research methods, and did research on the social support system of employment of disabled graduates from the ecosystem perspective. It comprehensively, intuitively and systematically demonstrated the basic status quo, existing problems, and their causes of the social support system of employment of disabled graduates in the univercities, and on this basis put forward countermeasures and suggestions that perfected this support system.The full paper is divided into five parts.The Introduction defines some important concepts, sorts out the past research on the theory of social support, and described the study's research background, research ideas and goals, research methods and procedures, and other related issues.The first chapter describes the basic status quo of the social support system of employment of disabled graduates. The support system is divided into four dimensions: micro, meso, exo and macro. Each level has different support body, which provides all kinds of social support for employment of the disabled graduates from different levels.The second chapter reveals the exsiting problems of this employment of the social support system from the above four levels, analyzes these causes, and finds that each level of the support system has exsited some problems and unique causes.The three chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions. According to the status quo of the social support system of employment of disabled graduates and their existing problems, the test rasies countermeasures and suggestions that improves the support system from four levels, and hopes to promote employment of the disabled graduates.The Conclusion sums up the research condition of the paper, describes the new study, and finds that some of the limitations of this study, explains some problems that follows the academic and the moral aspects .
