This research aims at exploring college students’ attitude to money and their capability of understanding the relationship between social support and employment pressure, based on data statistics result of questionnaires. It mainly focuses on college students’ attitude to money, understanding the current status and differences between social support and employment pressure as well as testing on it; discussing the relationship between college students’ attitude to money and employment pressure;Testing on the mediation of money attitude between understanding social support and employment pressure. Please see my conclusion in below in the result of comparison of the differences among grades, genders and majors.1) college students’ money attitude may lead to anxiety. They have to be cautious about consumption and set up a future plan. They are leaning on the social support from both inside and outside of family.2) Male college students will consider money as the symbol of power as well as be cautious about consumption. While female college students are holding more hesitative and doubtful attitude on the use of money, they felt more social support than male college students.3) College students majored on Science will lean on money is power, as well as they will make careful plans on spending money. While art college students think that money may cause anxiety. Science students feel more social support than art students.4) For male college students, science students are apparently getting more employment stress than art students. For female college student, art students are getting more employment stress than science students.5) For senior students, they will consider money as power, but will hold less hesitative and doubtful attitude on spending money. There is no clear difference on the feeling of social support for students from different grades. Senior students feel less employment stress than lower grade students.6) Students who consider money stands for success will feel less social support.Students who are more cautious on spending money will feel more social support. Students who are hesitative and doubtful on consumption will feel more stressful on employment pressure as well as those who think money may cause anxiety. For college students, the more you feel social support; the less you get from employment pressure.7) Social support partially plays as media between money attitude and employment pressure to college students.
