| With the modernization of Chinese society,the thinking pattern of people is in the state of diversification,and the people' s marriage and amativeness concepts have made a great change,too.The phenomenon of extramarital affair increases drastically now.This phenomenon attracts the extensive attention and arouses great controversy in society.Under such social background,researching this phenomenon from the ethical perspective is of great value both academically and realistically. Started with the summarizing different research outcome, the article defined the phrase"extramarital love". Then the article analyzed of the present state of the extramarital love in china,and categorized them academically. This article went on to give an outline of the causes of extramarital love and pointed out the academic and social meaning of the ethical research on it. The article uses decntology, Benthamism and eudemonism etc,to.comment phenomenon. And the comments were also judged reflexively. Combined with the different type of extramarital love, the writer gave out a series of ethical judging standards and proper judgment of extramarital love. Finally, the author made some suggestion to reduce extramarital love and proper way to deal with the de facto extramarital love.
