People use their hands with some preference. Person who prefers his left hand is called left-hander, his left hand is his preferable hand. Left-handed people have shown many advantages that right-handed people do not have in life and work. And they have also shown an alarming success in many areas. To study the source of these special success and performance is of much significance. The biggest difference between Left-hander and right-hander is the preference of two hands. As a result, to research the impact of handedness on the different characteristics and advantages between left and right-handers will be a matter of course. On this basis, further study how to train left hand and the idea of bimanual cooperation, and then research the positive significance on right-handed right brain activating and cultivate a variety of special ability.Paper combined with brain asymmetry theory to explain the movement predominance of left and right-handers, and reveals the reasons of different operation advantage in physical and psychological point. Based on this, raised the idea of right brain activation and bimanual cooperation with a view to achieving the expected goal of various characteristics developing all-around, and use synergetics theory to expatiate the model of bimanual cooperation. Finally, use experiment to verify the different operation advantages of left and right-handers.The full text is divided into five parts. After expound the research and synergetics theory, this paper expatiate the respective operation advantages of left and right-handers and analyze the reasons; and then put forward the principle and sense of bimanual cooperation; in the final, use experiment to verify their different operation advantages. This paper found that hand movement and coordinative activities of the left and right brain are inseparable. Due to different levels of comparative advantage of left and right brain, their hands of response speed, simple movements speed, positioning and repetitive operation speed, as well as the accuracy of bimanual coordinative operation are significantly different. Left-handers has the fast speed of response, repeat and positioning operation and the more accuracy of bimanual operation than right-handers. Left-handed and right-handed people have different operating characteristics and advantages, and they are closely related with the level of brain function.
