The correlation and coorperation between schools' art education and museums' have their profound theory foundation and long history . Both of them are reciprocal and benefit from their coorperation , while each of them has different education character. Adjust to the character of this subject , the study adopted the motheds include literature description, questionnaire reseach , example illustrate and historical reseach in order to explore its theory fundation , correlative problems , circumstance , attitude of internal participants and the relationship between the cooperation activities and their sponsors . The goals of this reseach are calling connected everybody to recognize the correlation and cooperation of schools' art education and museums' education partner , and then impel them become good partners in the process of educatin reformation , and achieve the bilateral perspective , and provid art teachers theory to supporting their education practice and pedagogic reseach , and provid education administrations some suggestion .Mojority of interviewees believe that it is very necessary to perform educatin cooperation , but they also think that the cooperation is very difficult and faces many handicaps , teachers who have experience of education cooperation practice are paucity . The reseaches had proven that the resource of museums are very important to art education , but nowadays the practice and reseach in this field are still in their initiative development grade in our country. The professional recognition and the practical ability of art teachers is the key point of education cooperation. So it is urgent to art normal univercities and museums to plan establish museum education curriculum together. The sponsor systems are constitute government, enterprise, fundation, individual and medium(named "five carriages") in some countries that success in this field, but the main sponsors in our country are government, individual and medium. So we must improve sponsor system farther. It is very necessary to ahead the reseach and experiment of education cooperation. It also require communication, cooperation, support, promotion mutually, information participation, cooperate regulation and all people offer as contribution.At the last part of the article, auther provides some suggestions for education administration system, school art teachers and museum system. The suggestions are as following:(1) Education administrations should establish education policy to sponsor and progress the cooperation in order to make it develop healthy. School administrators should try their best to develop a conditions benefical to the cooperation, improve the sponsor system and strengthen the government support.(2) School art teachers should participate farther education actively, know the resouce in museums and use them in practice and reseach actively, correct education thought, master the skill of network education, use the resource of digital museums etc. (3) Museums should pay more attention to its education function, progress the education cooperation with schools, cooperation with art normal universties which to arrange and enforce the further education for art teachers.
