In this paper, ceramics own aesthetic value and historical significance of the ceramics in the new era of the aesthetic significance of the context of a preliminary study.This paper is divided into five chapters start ,on the first chapter of the public use of ceramic materials in the environment of the historical significance of ;the second chapter on the modern ceramic art in the performance of public significance and aesthetic philosophy; third chapter on the modern ceramic art as a public art public , social, and cultural; fourth chapter on public art in the art of ceramic materials and technology to the unity and integration; fifth chapter on the public buildings of the art of ceramic products.
