The well-known American futurist Alvin Toffler put forward the ideal production system---to meet customer's demand for personalized production system, calling "large number of non-"。Davis improved Toffler's view, put forward the "Mass Customization" referred to as MC---mass customization, means to provide every customer design personalized products and services through a high degree of agility in the process,Flexible integration to produce a large number in low-cost way to provide customers personalized custom-made products。When 21st century coming,China has entered a new era of economic and the degree o is the key impact on the consumer market. Contemporary, our cultural and economic center of gravity is transferred from a small number of large and popular products to aless popular products market. Therefore, we must look at the economic and cultural development changes in the consumer market with a forward-looking, which is different from the traditional mining of gold consumption, design guide the creation of new consumer demand more personalized. This article is based on the minority needs phenomenon, by analyzing the minority needs and personalized relationship between design, to further develop the relationship between consumer demand, that is, design and market relations. Diversity is inevitably require a personalized design, in order to better meet the needs of the minority, design should avoid homogenization and pursuit diversity, which needs to guide and create the demand. Design should be a pioneer to create new demand and new markets. I would like to express the point of view is design not just to meet current demand, meaning more potential to tap new demand for the creation of new demand, design isn't following the market, but create new markets.
