Career decision-making self-efficacy is an important factor in individual's career decisions, it can enhance people's ability to make decisions, to make the best decision for their important theoretical and practical significance.In the view of self-esteem scale,attubutional style,the purpose of this research is to find out the influence of self-esteem scale,attubutional style on career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates.Taking 422 undergraduates as subjects, the Self-esteem scale ,Attubutional style,the Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale as measuring instruments, the paper discusses the undergraduates's characteristics of self-esteem,attubutional style and career decision making self-efficacy,also their relationship.The results indicate:1.The whole level of self-esteem,attubutional style and career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates is good .most undergraduates's sele-esteem and career decision-making self-efficacy are above the middle;when facing a positive situation, university students tend to make an internal, goal, controllable attribution ,and tend to make an internal,specific, controllable attribution when facing a negative situation.2.In the demographic variables,there are no significant gender,grade,professional and educated parents diference in undergraduates's career decision-making self-efficacy.3.In the demographic variables,there are significant professional satisfaction,and whether or not to accept the vocational guidance difereence in undergraduates's career decision-making self-efficacy.4.there is a highly significant positive correlation among undergraduates's self-esteem and career decision-making self-efficacy ,attributional style and career decision-making self-efficacy are also weak negative correlation with no reach significant levels ,However, the correlation between the subscales results showed that attributional style with the dimensions of the career decision-making self-efficacy there was a correlation between dimension.5.self-esteem level, the dimensions of global-specific, controllable-uncontrollable of positive situation and the controllable-uncontrollable of negative situation show predictability on the career decision-making self-efficacy.but the dimensions of global-specific of positive situation and the controllable-uncontrollable of negative situation show significant.
