Yang Gang( 1905-1957) was born in a bureaucratic family. When she studied in mission school, the concept that every one is au pair had impressed on her, which made her to revolutionary career finally. During 1928, as she was studying in Yanjing University, with the resolution to break from the family she joined the Communist Party, moreover she launched and organized the Northern Left Union . After the "Seventh July Event" in 1937, Yang Gang had to leave Peking. During the early stage of Yang Gang's writing from 1928 to 1937, the most products were news communications and novels. News communications were written mostly during she traveled in Suiyuan and is rich of essay feature. While the novels can be divided into two parts, one is written for publicizing the Resist Japan War, and the other is for the tragedy of civilian.In 1938, Yang Gang came to Shanghai with the intention and dream to save the nation. During this time, Her essays and poems rushed her enthusiasm of resisting Japan with grand verve, magnificent imagination, boundless emotion, refined imago and colorful romanticism. During 1939-1944, Yang Gang edit . In 1944, she studied abroad in America. In August of 1948, she returned to HongKong. During 1939-1948, the later stage of Yang Gang's writing, she wrote lots of communications and feminine novels. Her battleground communications is full of literature and essay characteristic, which represented her appeal to the Resisting Japan War. Her American communications content is abroad, operating from a strategically advantageous position, reasonable and logical. Besides this, her works cited a great deal of international saying, public opinion and newspaper reports to support her point. The novels of this stage were written due to her self survey as a woman. In these novels, she animadverted on the history and traditional culture that regards women as inhuman. The autography novel was written based on her own experience and observation. The novel mainly exhibits the hard way to revolution of Li Pin, a young lady from a bureaucratic family as well as the different thoughts and pursuits of young in the great revolution. The realistic significance of the novel is that it let us to know the persistiveness, maze and divarication of young people in the great revolution.Literature was Yang Gang's favorite, but the current situation made her to go to the revolution, to be a politician. In 1948, Yang Gang returned to China to make the turnaround the standpoint. In 1955, she became the assistant chide editor of , and committed suicide in 1957 by taking sleeping potion. As to her suicide there are several guesses, while this paper just listed them.
