On Creation Of Modern Heavy-colored Decoration Drawing

Chinese traditional heavy-colored drawing is a kind of art with long history and extreme national characteristics of China.Heavy-colored drawing had development and progress in the fertile soil of folk decoration art and religion wall painting,which has possessed rather good art achievement no matter from imposing manner of picture composition or outlining by ink line and flowery and harmonious color.The modern heavy-colored drawing moved me deeply with its colorful and emphasized picture,beautiful materials and individual expression method.Its feature which is different from tradition but of eastern art verve strikes my chord and attracts me to take part in the study and creation of heavy-colored drawing.Concluding the practice of graduation creation,this thesis discusses further about the problems occurred in producing modern heavy-colored decoration drawing by applying combination of Chinese national culture and creative techniques of heavy-colored drawing. and then develops and analyzes it by combining my production experience.The thesis discusses heritage of Chinese national culture and the theory of expression method of heavy-colored drawing from my creation practice which is different from the research way of available materials,especially to make creation and attempt in all aspects for heavy-colored drawing from arts idea,drawing techniques,color,drawing materials and paper, which will guide my practical creation on the level of theory.The thesis advices to look for expression way of eliciting individual spirit in the production works,emphasizes the breaking in drawing languages and individual opinions of artistic characteristics of creation of visual effect.The work Flying Apsaras Jiyue accepted the "flying devis" artistic form,adopted unreal and foggy image effect directly.Therefore my work inherits traditional heavy-colored drawing while bringing new modeling language.new formal language and new making techniques.I found that the expression space enlarges greatly comparing with traditional heavy-colored drawing.Heritage is an important base of creation and creation is the inevitable development.It is necessary to stand on self point and accept strong points of others vastly. The creator can improve the artistic creativity as long as he/she pays attention to artistic language feature,learn and try to break through the tradition and strengthen the subjective consciousness and attribution of his/her own feelings.
