Yasuo Inoue was Japan's well-known contemporary writer, critic and poet. Made his life a great deal of comments, essays and poetry, and novels. Because of its outstanding artistic achievements, he received many honors. In his novels, he placed complex characters, social and natural conditions, through a series of sharp contradictions and conflicts, deepening the characters. Inoue in his works shows a world full of tragedy, same than surrounds the live of its characters, showing the vitality of the human fragility. The theory of tragedy is a classical concept than comes from ancient Greece, there tragedy usually has the main roll over the circumstances of reality, giving place to the fatality witch at the end overcomes in the collapse and doom of the characters. Tragedy aloud to the audience see the anger and the admire the fragility of existence than at the end finish in the irrevocable death, all this subordinate to an immaterial ideological believe as we can see in Antigona or Edipo. In Japanese literature, the tragedy plays an important role, than reflects the authenticity of Japanese culture. Actually writers like Yasuo Inoue represent the fusion between the traditional Japanese way of thinking and view world and the use Western aesthetic theory, in this way these generation of writers re examine it own reality from a fresh point of view.Yasuo Inoue in his novels regardless the topic we can appreciate his great develop of the breakthrough and a and a systematic analyze of the characters, all this done behind the stage of the tragedy. To analyze the works of Yasuo Inoue, we can no separate the man from the writer. During his early years Inoue live during a period of strong militarism. The Meiji government assimilated a colonialist attitude similar that the one shown by European nations during that time, fact than caused hostilities with the near by countries. During this conflictive period Yasuo Inoue unable to find a better way of live starts a brief carrier in the army, thanks to this he participated in the Sino-Japanese war, during this period he realized his first travel to china with the rest of the Japanese army. After four months of active service Yasuo Inoue gets beriberi and is forced to go back to Japan because. Yasuo Inoue during the post-war re-started writing novels novel from a into the ranks of the Japanese class."Tragedy" comes from the concept of the West, as its name suggests is about a sad story. But the melodrama is different from the tragedy, the story contains not just sadness, not only the torture a soul but also has to beautify a person's suffering, and in the same way gives a color of heroism. The most typical example, the ancient Greek tragedy is Aeschylus, "Prometheus." Such a tragic hero is typical in Inoue Yasuo novels, for example"exotic" and "flood".In this category Yasuo Inoue works shapes the character type as the West, in some way are the same tragic hero, a tragic hero in their own experience, it inspired the hearts of readers the best of things, they are in the failure of the heroic victory. This kind of tragic hero who holds a more positive spirit. In Europe during the Renaissance we find a new peak speaking about tragedy, Shakespeare. His creations refocus the role of the tragic heroine and give us a deep psychological description of the character, we can see this in many works like "Macbeth" or "Othello". The same kind of development can be seen in Yasuo Inoue's novels like Bull" or "range", but also is true than this works also has a remarkable Japanese flavor. This extreme emphasis on the Japanese culture can not be removed, one example of this is the use of suicide in order to preserve the honor, in this way Yasuo Inoue also preserves the identity of the Japanese national character. After fifteen years of carrier Yasuo Inoue's literature had a crucial impact of the post war real world as we can see in his novels "shotgun" and "undercurrent", here we can se a struggle between the eros an thematic of his characters, in one way we can see the desolation product of the war and in other the hope o a new future. Here whether it is the cause of the success or failure, or the joys and sorrows of love, of all people living alone are escape the fate's mercy. This loneliness is different from the fate of ancient Greek tragedy, but now in a modern society facing the tragedy is a hopeless situation... the nothingness. At this point Yasuo combine with magisterial skills the techniques of occident and orient creating a fascinating and world. For occidental viewers the art in Japan always has been tragic, Japanese literary tradition has somewhat quiet sense of tragedy. This can be seen in the Budist tradition of Japan, with its illusory sense of life and all things flow (know as concept of impermanence).Buddhism itself has a strong sense of tragedy, such a concept in Buddhism and in Schopenhauer philosophy "Life is a tragedy that" the tragedy of the theory are the corresponding.Bought Schopenhauer and Buddhism, share the idea of a life witch true meaning is the nothingness.Tragedy in the final analysis is actually more comedy than optimism, but the final effect of tragedy is to strengthen the audience…what if fact is the most human reaction.
