However,as different ways of leave as early as has been seen in the pre-Qin period. The China's ancient vacation system sprouts in the pre-qin dynasty with a long history of development.The formation of vacation system of China begins in han dynasty. Every five day taking a leave is the prototype of every ten day taking a leave.After following the further development of the Tang and song dynasties era,until the Ming and Qing Dynasties,China's ancient vacation system have the effective development, and take the implementation of"universal" vacation.In the thesis,I define the vacation that is the officials can leave their working place,enjoying the holiday according to their ranks.In addition,need to leave the definition of the term mentioning in the paper meet the four conditions.In order to research the official vacation system in Jin dynasty,the article will be divided into three parts.The first chapter is about the formation and the developing process.The official vacation system in Jin dynasty is growing with the similar process of molten Chinese.Vacation system in Jin dynasty is drafted from Jin Taizong period, initially formed during Jin Xizong period,became more and more perfect from Jin Hailingwang period.Until the phrase of Jin Zhangzong,the vacation system in Jin dynasty has finished.Subsequent payments of emperors for the development and prosperity of the vacation system in Jin dynasty is very small.No new content of the system filled.As the main body of the article,the second part focuses on the specific content of the system.Research on vacation system in Jin dynasty is very little.So there are no written article appeared.The official vacation system in Jin dynasty is divided into four major types,including official vacation,private vacation,chaojia and special vacation. Which xunjia,festivals,guojijia and rotation vacation belong to the official vacation. Private vacation is as opposed as public vacation,that comprise xingqin,sick leave, year out,bereavement leave and siji;In addition,chaojia has happened due to the natural causes and man-made reasons.Natural causes of which contain strange solar eclipse,eclipse of the moon and weather.Man-made reasons include holding sacrificial ceremony of the imperial court,passing away of the emperor's relatives and wives, ministers.In this paper should be noted that,the emperor's own poor health and the effect of court politics are belonged to the vacation.The reason is that this type is the wishes of the individual.So there is no system of norms and regulations.Secretary of State has no logic to rely on.Special vacation is as the final and in this article is more to be understood as an official gift.The third part shows the characteristics of official vacation system of Jin dynasty. From the aspect of the development process and the content of it,the official vacation system of Jin dynasty has the traits of inheritance and innovation.Specifically, innovation manifests in the official vacation,private vacation,chaojia and special vacation.Obviously,the character of heredity is developed from Tang to Song dynasty. This is especially reflected in the festivals,and is fully inherited from the pre dynasties, having no there own nation's festivals.Divided into two aspects of heritage,"some of that is from qidan also namely liaochao's festivals',such as New Year's Day, midwinter,spring begins,shangsi,the Dragon Boat Festival,chongyangjie and so on. Most of it is inherited from the Han dynasty,for example,hanshijie,the Mid-Autumn Festival,shangyuanjie."
