A Study On The Contingency Management Ideology Of Lao-tzu

In this master' thesis, the purpose of the research is to study both Lao-tzu and management about some ralated into the thinking of movement,change,transform and development. At the same time, borrowing the conception of "Contingency management" in Western management, summaring those thinkings equate the Lao-tzu Contingency management ideology, thus exhuming its management significance and values.It can be divided into five parts:The first part is to research these two concepts of ralationship-which between Lao-tzu and Contingency management. Firstly, through combs under the version of Lao-tzu, determining the version of Lao-tzu on study. Secondly, through exploration of the origin and development of Contingency management in Western management histoty, explaining the importance of Contingency management in Western management histoty. Thirdly, by the study of Lao-tzu, emphasizing that it contains rich management ideology, then explaining the words of "contingency" and clarifing some words associatied with it. Finally, put forward the new conception of Contingency management ideology in Lao-tzu.The second part is to study the basic content of the Contingency management ideology in Lao-tzu.
