Whether the freshmen from village can adapt the new life style in college has relation to their future and the building of the concordant society. These freshmen are base on the village public which account for two thirds of our country's population,are the excellent and representative group. It is no exaggerated to say that they shoulder the whole family's expectation and even all the village's. The extent of education about these groups and their development instance in the future have the relation to the national economy and the whole country's boom and puissant.The adaptation of the freshmen has drawn the western and the domestic educational world's attention. Relative to the foreign countries, we started later and isn't abroad enough in this field. It hasn't been given enough recognition especially on the investigation of the across-cultural adaptation between city and village which has typical Chinese characteristic. Nowadays the research centralized mostly in discussion the common circs about the adaptation of the freshmen and their mentality health. Few people take the across-cultural adaptation between city and village as the main clew wholly to dig into investigate the freshmen's adaptation. Therefore the field is desiderated to be enriched. The correlation investigations indicate that the ingredient of across-cultural adaptation is one of the most important ingredients which affect the freshmen's adapt situation. This foregoing study is also support the above-mentioned conclusion.Based on the former study, this disquisition use"peer group counseling"mode and self-write counseling project to have freshmen which have across-cultural adaptation crisis intervened for seven weeks. It is defined that it's effective to have the freshmen which from the village and representing adaptive crisis intervened by the"across-cultural adaptation group counseling"mode through the quantitative estimation and self-evaluation at last. The passage is divided up into seven chapters, and approximately four parts. The first and second chapters are the first part, the "preface" in the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the study; the second chapter or the "literature summarization" defines concepts appearing in the passage and summarizes the study result of former investigators. The second part is the third chapter, telling the study of first step part. According to the adaptive state and mentality health level estimation of the 06 freshmen of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the writer acquires the first-hand data of the enrollment adaptive distribution and mentality healthy condition of the freshmen from village of our university, and offers the basis of the personnel selection and project-design to the following pertinent " across-cultural adaptation group counseling " intervening mode. The third part, the fourth,fifth,sixth chapters, is the key parts of the thesis which presenting the writer's design mode,intervene process implement,controlling method,effect evaluation,analysis and discussion of the group counseling project. The seventh chapter or the conclusion is the fourth part of the thesis. In this part the writer put forward his thinking about today's education system and advice of improvement and also the writer talks about the expectation of the future study at last. |
