To probes into the question of whether solution-focused group intervention can work on the resilience of exotic employed personnel's children and how it functions,three studies were conducted.Regarding Adolescent Resilience Scale as a tool,Study one investigated the resilience of exotic employed personnel's children,whose demographic characteristics were analyzed.According to the results in study one,24 low-resilience students were selected in study two,who were divided into two groups——experimental group and control group.Experimental group were given exclusively 40-minute-long solution-focused group intervention for 12 times while control group were not given any intervention,the measure of Adolescent Resilience Scale will be carried out afterwards among 24 students.In study three,massive related materials of solution-focused group intervention were analyzed to explore the internal mechanism of the intervention.Main results are as follows:(1)In the social assistance and support factor,scores of girls were significantly higher than that of boys.In the overall of resilience,human factor and emotional control,scores of those who were class leader were higher than those who were not.However,there were no significant difference between ages,places of origin and time of migration.(2)Solution-focused group intervention could effectively improve the resilience of exotic employed personnel's children,which mainly showed in human factor,including focused on the goal,emotional control and positive cognition.In the process of intervention,both the unique therapeutic factors(such as group empowerment)and the general group efficacy factors(such as group cohesion)played considerable roles.(3)In the Solution-focused group,that different effect factors interacted with each other made to the improvement of individual protective factors,leading to the improvement of resilience.(4)In the Solution-focused group,group empowerment,group optimism,and group learning shown outstanding effects,which promoted the effects of other therapeutic factors.The main conclusions are as follows:By improving the individual protective factors of the exotic employed personnel's children,the solution-focused group intervention improved the resilience of the exotic employed personnel's children,which was reflected in interviews.
