The Research On The System Of Programme Producer In National TV Stations

In the 90s of 20th century, system of programme producer was considered as a reform in national TV management. With a new economical soaring, TV system of programme producer makes the TV production potential have unprecedented freedom. After over 10-year development, this system has been the main model in TV programme production and a number of well-qualified and high-quality producers pour into national TV stations.The thesis mainly analyzes the current status of the producer system which started in 1993. I apply the questionnaire and deep face-to-face talk to investigate the whole status of TV station Chinese Mainland. The thesis firstly explains the basic definition, classifications and models, then analyzes current status of this system which includes rights and duties, qualifications, appointing and removing mechanism, supervising and evaluating mechanism, and also total effects and basic problems. At last, the thesis discusses the running model and how to define the rights and duties, qualifications of producer, and then brings forward ways to establish the mechanisms above so as to regulate national TV producer system.This research report is based on demonstration investigation which is applied some theories like journalism and communication theory, statistics, management. The suggestions and methods in it will promote the producer system from blindness and non-order to order and criterion. Meanwhile, it will be a meaningful reference for those TV stations.
