A Lexical Study Of Chatting Language Online In Chinese ACG Group

In the 1990s, with the development of the internet, it has become an important communication method. It has affected many aspects of peoples' lives directly or indirectly, especially their use of language. With its popularization and the increasing number of netizens, the language field has got a new linguistic revolution, and a newly emerging language form----On-line chatting appeared.On-line chatting has offered the users a brand new way of communicating. Its research are endless and the results are also numerous.Regarding the perspective of the network language study at present, people usually focus on the selection of the relevant theories for conducting his research. The netizens are always neglected or treated as a whole. In this dissertation, a special starting point—Japanese ACG enthusiast of the Chinese netizens is introduced. Though the qualitative study and the theories of Lexicology, it tries to make a detailed study on the lexical features of on-line chatting in ACG subculture group, and its unique points compared with the traditional one.On the other hand, a quantitative study is conducted on the cognition degree of chatting language online in ACG subculture group.Based on the qualitative and quantitative study, finally, we try to get some enlightenments and prospects on chatting language online in ACG subculture group.
