Research On Word Formation Under Language Contact In Qianjiadong Town

This paper takes Qianjiadong Mian language vocabulary system as the research object,describes and analyses the ontology of its vocabulary system,mainly describes the clustering situation of Qianjiadong Mian language vocabulary,analyses the structure of word-formation and the categories of motivation of word-formation in Qianjiadong Mian dialect.And illustrates the characteristics and changes of word-formation types in Qianjiadong Mian language,especially the additional forms in word-formation.Last,we discuss the development trend of Qianjiadong Mian language and the influence of language contact on Qianjiadong Mian language vocabulary system.According to our survey,we can see that the influence of Qianjiadong Mian language vocabulary mainly comes from Chinese loanwords.For this reason,we specially distinguish Chinese loanwords from Chinese original words in Qianjiadong Mian language,focusing on the impact of Chinese loanwords on Qianjiadong Mian language vocabulary system.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the reasons for choosing this topic,the ethnic and linguistic profiles of Qianjiadong area,the general situation of Mianyu,the survey of the vocabulary of Qianjiadong Mian Language,the related research status,the main content and significance of this study,as well as the research methods and corpus sources used in this paper.And we also elaborate the phonological system of Qianjiadong Mian Language in this chapter.Chapter two mainly introduces the word-formation types of Jiang Yongqiantong Mian language.According to the number of morphemes,Qianjiatong Mian language is divided into simple words and combining words.combining words are divided into three forms: compound words,additional words and overlapp ing words.Among them,compound words are divided into partial formal,joint,predicate-object,subject-predicate and predicate-complement.Additional compound words are divided into pre-appendage and post-appendage.Overlapping compound words are divided into complete and incomplete overlap.Then,we discuss the characteristics and changes of simple words and compound words in Qianjiatong Mian language by comparing them with Chinese.Chapter three mainly introduces the additional forms of word formation in Qianjiatong Mian Language of Jiangyong.This paper regards these additional forms as affixes in word formation of Qianjiatong Mian Language.This paper expounds four prefixes and four suffixes of Qianjiatong Mian Language,and then analyses six grammatical functions of affixes,such as self-sufficiency,classification,derivation and addition.After that,we also elaborated the basic characteristics of the additional form of Qianjiadong Mian Language.Chapter four mainly analyses the motivation of word formation of Mian dial ect in Jiangyong Qiantong.It can be divided into five types: Phonetic motivation,image motivation,anaphora motivation,rhetoric motivation and translation motivation.Phonetic motivation can be divided into imitation and overlap.Image motivation can be divided into three types: color,five senses and characteristics.Rhetoric motivation can be divided into five types: metaphor,analogy,metonymy,euphemism and parody.And the motivation of translation can be further divided into four types: transliteration,free translation,transliteration plus annotation and Mian-Chinese translation.The fifth chapter mainly analyses the influence of Chinese on Qianjiatong Mian vocabulary.Chinese in Qianjiadong area is a kind of language with political advantages.Qianjiadong Mian language will inevitably be influenced or even impacted by Chinese.Chinese loanwords are the most prominent form of expression.This chapter mainly distinguishes Chinese loanwords and Chinese original words in Qianjiatong Mian language,expounds the distribution of Chinese loanwords in Qianjiatong Mian language vocabulary system,the causes of Chinese loanwords and the influence of Chinese loanwords on Qianjiatong Mian language vocabulary system.
