By Jan. 1997 there're 194 countries and areas which have entered into internet. Internet that has been only servicing for military, science researching and education opened to the whole society. People can easily make use of internet to carry out information activity. Internet technology is a landmark in the history of human science development in 20 century. With internet technology we can achieve nearly all kinds of advantage such as the widest area, the maximum amount of information, the most efficiency work, the most accurate accounting, the truest Supervision and Administration, the most common communication of emotion. Internet technology not only enhances people's living standard but also speeds up the process of modernization.The second chapter of the article points out the negative effects of internet discusses a series of moral problems raised from its negative effects such as right of privacy, intellectual property rights, the dehumanization. The advent, development and application of new-tech always impacts people's former moral philosophies, moral standards. Internet-tech as the key tech of information age in 21 century also challenged traditional moral system, which makes human face with the problem that they never met.The third chapter - the relation between internet tech and moral standard, states that the moral principle which should be used to solved the moral problems, and we should take the realistic ways to lead internet technology to benefit mankind. The social moral problems raised from internet-tech could not be neglected. The gleam of human reason is not only presented by the science technology which creates the social development but also presented by its making use of moral power to inhibit. It requires us to reflect on internet technology with moral concept. Internet technology will really benefit human beings when we enhance our moral concept's limitation on internet technology and set up the strong social security system's limitation on internet technology.
