| As the development of the social economy,enterprises' research pays more and more attention on human resource development.From the original industrial revolution time to social managing time,from industrial psychology time to relationship time,finally came in to time of quality of work and life.The development of each path improved the attentions on employees step by step.As the research on enterprises employee become more and more abundant,the researches developed from pay attention to position analyze to employee selection,from focus on payment to focus on the psychology of employees.During the research of the psychology of employees,some researchers brought up the concept of job satisfaction,thinks that the job satisfaction can hugely improve employees performance.But some following researches showed there was no obvious relation between job satisfaction and performance.Then as the development of Management Psychology,positive Psychology come up with the concept—Subjective Well-being(a integrate evaluation that valuator values of the life quality). The Subject Well-being of enterprises' employees not only includes the job evaluation,which is job satisfaction,but also includes the evaluation about their life and environment,which is much more integrate than job satisfaction.And researches also show that Subjective Well-being has remarkable influence on the job performance.But the researches on the employees Subjective Well-being are not very deep in China.The researches mainly focus on elder people,students and some other group;the researches of employees are not abundant enough.And the researches on the factors that influence employees' Subjective Well-being have very important meaning for companies to make human resource plans.And there are two insufficiencies of the researches of the research on employees' Subjective well-being in China:first:the forms that are used in China are usually directly quoted from the forms of other countries, which may not fit Chinese employees very much because of the economy and cultural differences.Second,former researches mainly focus on qualitative analysis,which is the influential factors;seldom on quantitative analysis,which is the proportion of all factors.So this thesis will base on the theory research,and by interviewing and questionnaire survey,define the factors that influence the Subjective Well-being of our Chinese employees.And according to the result of the questionnaire survey,and analyze the weight of each factors with analytic hierarchy process,So that this thesis can provide some evidence for companies to make human resource plans. |
