A Study On The Education Function Of Operating Feminine Buddhist Organizes In Tunpu Of Guizhou Province

As the Tunpu group has moved into Guizhou since Ming Dynasty,they always have contacts with other nationalities or ethnic groups around.The Tunpu group preserved their traditional cultural when they accept and hold kinds of external values in such a complex space.As an immigrant ethnic group,what strength does Tunpu rely on to preserve its own culture and integrate society? Under the current situation,the speeding up of globalization,this study tries to provide a reference on treating external and heritaging culture for the nationalities or ethnic groups which have similar characteristics.Feminine Buddhist organize is a breakthrough point in the research.It focuses on the education outside school,and attempts to answer the above question from educational perspective.In order to facilitate the investigation,the author selected Jiuxi as the field work spot after a comparative analysis.The entire research process used the methods of field work,documentation and functional analysis to discuss the educational function of feminine Buddhist organizes in Jiuxi.First,this study descripts the Jiuxi from historical origin,natural surrounding and social culture environment and reveals the cultural ecology background of Buddhist organizes.Then through forms of case interviews,observation and collecting information,it inspects the operation of Buddhist organize comprehensively,thus drawing the conclusion that Buddhist organize is a group that members are of the same location,same sex,same age.And it contains strong educational function.Whether in the periodic Buddhist ceremony or the daily religious life,the Buddhist organize has the educational function that expresses the culture,promotes personal character,maintains the village's order,and raises emotion.On this basis,the author pondered how the education function realizes and emphatically analyzed the elements in this educational activity.The elements of Buddhist organize,that is educating,language transmission and learning in action are the main educational modes.The author then discussed the educational enlightenment that Buddhist organizes have.Finally,the article revealed the links between women's education and ethnic group awareness strengthening in Tunpu. It also analyzed the practical significance of Buddhist organizes.They surmount people's expectations,and become the effective inheritance objectively.They also satisfy the needs of individual socialization and social construction.The Buddhist organize is a kind of effective operation which established by Tunpu,in order to adapt to the environment and deal with external culture.
