On Moral Education Infiltration In College English Instruction

University students are one of the main power in building our country and it is of great significance to strengthen and improve their quality and moral character for the development of our socialism cause.China is a big country in education with thousands of universities and schools, where the students'moral concepts and characters are supposed to be nurtured.Therefore,as the executor to implement educating,the teachers must administer moral education as well as teach the students some specific subjects.The thesis tries to study how to infiltrate moral education into college English instruction according to the students'psychological situation,based on some theories of constructionlism, educational psychology and teaching methodology,with an aim to enhance the efficiency of college moral education and the quality of college English teaching,making the students not only learn English well but also internalize the moral concepts into their behavioral habbits.In order to raise the students'moral standard naturally and gradually,an experiment and comparison practical study has been performed with the method of introducing moral education into the classroom teaching.Firstly,the thesis states the definition of moral education and infiltration as well as the characteristics and significance of moral education infiltration.Secondly,the reasons of implementing the moral education infiltration are analyzed systematically,which are attributed into three points.Thirdly,the difficulties of implementing moral education infiltration in college English instruction are put forward and analyzed completely.Lastly,the measures to carry out the moral education infiltration has been put up with.The study shows that only by infiltrating the moral education into daily classroom teaching can we reach the goal of cultivating the talents with high moral quality and good capability in using English.
