At first, this thesis accounts comprehensive the meaning, theoretical foundation, characteristics, content of quality or quality education and the status, content of ideological morality quality education, Second, it accounts the possibility root of carrying out ideological morality quality in English teaching: there is the tradition of knowledge education and ideological morality quality education at one's own expenses in ancient China;there was the thought of virtue education course in ancient and contemporary westerns;And there is modern Marxist ideological and political education. Third, it talks about the situation and reason of infiltrating ideological morality quality education into English teaching. The main reason includes the result of examination-oriented education, irreconcilable education system, errorless wrong cognition, English teachers'incomprehensive quality, laggard assessment system and specific training aim. At last, it includes implementation method about infiltrating ideological morality quality education into English teaching. Such as :transforming examination-oriented education into quality education is direction; reforming education system effective is guarantee;forming correct Cognition about quality education is prerequisite;strengthening English teachers'training is crux; making reasonable assessment System is motive force ;establishing the method of specific and correct target designing is root;Structuring integrated course system is basis. This thesis uses the following researching methods: interview, questionnaire, investigation, materials and comparatively research. This article has the value of theory and practice: this thesis researches comprehensively and systematically the present situation , reason and the possibility foundation of infiltrating ideological morality quality education into English teaching, then, making some preliminary measures to solve this problems. Other, this article proves a possibility method for improving collegians'identification ability, when they facing complex western culture nowadays.
