The senior high school students are the hope and pillar of China,they have been attracting the attention of society, school and parents through the whole journey,while,their immature minds are impacted by tangible and intangible pressure.Certainly,power comes on the heels of the pressure,but if the perceived stress after taking inappropriate ways,the healthy development of their psychology will be blocked.Therefore, this study adopts the method of questionnaire to assessment the level of Perceived Stress,Coping Style,Resilience,and further discuss the relationship between the two and three.The study aims at providing quantitative support for the mental health education of high school students,and improving their mental flexibility through carrying clinical intervention on their coping ways.Besides,the study also provides the reference data for the quality education of high school students.In this study, CPSS,HKRA,CSS are used for1000high school students to investigate. The following conclusions have been drawn from the survey data.1、The perceived stress of high school students is in middle level.2、Overall school students’mental resilience is good.3、High school students prefer problems pointing coping style.4、The perceived stress of high school students differs widely in gender, major, only child or non-only child, origin, and grade.5、The study shows significant differences in gender, major, only child or non-only child, origin and grade.6、In terms of the resilience, the coping Style of high school students differs widely in gender, major, only child or non-only child, origin and grade.7、Perceived stress shows significant negative correlation with resilience and all its dimensions. The resilience and all its dimensions show significant negative correlation with the tension dimensions of the perceived stress. In terms of a loss of control, teachers’care, the active participation of school and society, problem solving and self-efficacy also show significant negative correlation.Perceived stress have negative prediction on resilience. 8、Perceived stress shows significant negative correlation with problems pointing coping style.While, it shows significant positive correlation with emotion-focused coping.The sense of a loss of of control shows significant negative correlation with enduring, escaping, venting and fantasy denying.The sense of tension shows significant negative correlation with problems solving, social support seeking, and positive logical explanation.Perceived stress have negative prediction on problems pointing coping style.9、Resilience and all its dimensions shows significant positive correlation with problems pointing coping style.While, it shows significant negative correlation with emotion-focused coping.Also it shows significant positive correlation with problems solving, social support seeking, and positive logical explanation.Besides, it shows significant negative correlation with escaping.Problems pointing copping style have positive prediction on resilience.10、Coping style plays a partial mediating role between Perceived stress and Resilience.
