In early 20th century,Charles Baudelaire's poems were introduced to China, which brought about profound influenc to the Chinese modern literature and modern poets.Chen Jingrong is one of the modern poetesses who really holds to her own ideals, pursuits, and always keeps the loyalty to her ideals and who is brave enough to persue her dreams in the history of modern Chinese literatureChen Jingrong was greatly effected by Charles Baudelaire in many aspects, such as the creation of metropolis theme poetry, selection of poetry image, the expression of the key feelings, the symbolism arts and so on.She refered to the creation feature of Charles Baudelaire's urban poetry to some extent, combining the Chinese social reality, which focused on the exposing of the devil society. That also obviously differed from Baudelaire whose attitude was just to explore the evil. She also, like Baudelaire, prefered to feel the modern sense of the city in her trip,to describe the city under the modern consciousness of the modern people. Her description is rooted in the real life, shedding the different textures and obscure which presented in the poetry of Li Jinfa. The city experience which she described was totally belonged to the Chinese urban, shoed the lost of the Chinese poets. There are also some similar images between Chen Jingrong and Baudelaire's poetries. She introduced the symbolism of Baudelaire's poetry art,and combined it with the image of Chinese classical poetry and melted it into her conception of artistic creation. In the sentiment of the poetry,Chen Jingrong didn't indulge in the depression which Baudelaire never get rid of in his whole life, and she also did not followed Baudelaire to pursue the aesthetic of the depression, she just combined the beauty with the truth, and tried to find them along. As a poetess of modern China,Chen Jingrong showed her strong love to Baudelaire's poem, but she is still a typical poetess of modern China with her own creation style. As one of the"JiuYe",her consciousness and depth demonstrated the excellent results that "JiuYe" had achieved in the path of modern poet.Among with all the other "JiuYe",she attempted to find a bridge between the spirit of modernity and the spirit of realism. No matter how twisted the road they choosed would be,it was finally a soared way.
