Body Language Of The Administrators From Functional Perspective

As one of the three major manifestations of the language, body language began to distribute its unique charm early from each person's birth. However, there is no enough concern about it currently in the field of administration yet. In fact, the body language of administrators has rich content. This article makes a try to analyze the important question which relating to the arts of management from functional perspective, and puts forward to some effective ways which can improve its function. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to further expand the connotation of body language, to perfect the theories related to the arts of administrative leadership, administration culture and public relations science, and to effectively enhance the efficiency of administration and so on.This article takes the functional exertion of administrators' body language as a research object. For the administrative human, body language has many functions such as emotional communication, charm addition, good images establishing and others. However, owing to the influences of cognitive bias, the traditional administrative psychology and administrative culture, it engenders a lot of awareness barriers in the exertion of their functions. By exploring the causes of these barrier consciousness, the author draws a conclusion that in order to improve the effectiveness of body language using fundamentally, it is necessary to master the basic theory of this language, to figure out elegant manners of charismatic leaders, to understand cultural differences between countries all over the world as much as possible, to establish the service-oriented administrative psychology, to innovate administrative culture and so on.The innovation of this article is as follows: first, the topic is relatively new. At present, there are few articles and papers about body language of the administrators, not to mention the special monograph involved. The author hopes to attract more people to learn and think highly of this problem through this article. Second, the angel of analysis is unique. The article analyzes the body language of administrators from functional vision. It combines the concepts of administrative psychology and administrative culture to dig out the deep-seated reasons which impacting the effectiveness of body language expression, and proposes the improvement ways with a well-defined objective.
