Painting in the impressionistic manner is not only a language form in Chinese painting but the aesthetic tradition of the expressing of Chinese art.It fully expresses the image through the unique Chinese painting by employing impressionistic manner which is distinguished in Chinese painting.It not only contains the spirit,thought and sentiment and appreciative taste of the artist,but can also be understood as the image which the artist want to portray in his mind,through which to express his own idea,it is a kind of recomposed system of painting language which is both fit for Chinese painting with meticulous detail and Chinese painting in the impressionistic manner.The expressive form of painting in the impressionistic manner language is to employ painting language such as composition,molding and streak colour to melt the artist's thought into the paintings,and to borrow all kinds of technique,materials to construct the panting both has culture connotation and beauty in form and artistic taste in painting language. This article aims to study Chinese figure painting with the impressionistic manner and to investigate the way to use this skill in contemporary Chinese Figure Painting,emphasis on integrating Chinese impressionistic spirit and language in western painting and soul of form.On the basis of emphasizing spirit of painting,the author pays attention to actuality, develops techniques both have form and spirit beauty,portraying and motion expressing.By creating new painting language to express oriental people's aesthetic ideas,the artist try to form the beauty of contemporary artistic conception through the integration of image in mind and image in reality,endow the Chinese Figure painting with a new life.
