Movie industry policy as an integral part of cultural policy is the implementation of the Government of the film industry as the important functions of public management initiatives.This article will concentrate in examine the movie policy in movie industry;to analyze how the government adapts is police in change of the economic,social,and environmental.How to make use of government's macro-control functions to protect the film industry in the process of market-oriented development of a rational and orderly manner.This article try study movie policy in three important aspects of the industry chain of movie industry.Production,distribution and screening analysis,through analyze policy changes in all aspects,to see the results of all links,clear of the movie industry and the development direction of reform.In this paper,the content is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is introduction;the main causes include the subject reason,research status,the paper structure,research methods and related concepts defined,aim to do a good job on the bedding.The second part is the background and policy reform trend.Background part on the main contents of the 80's early 90's film industry in mainland China policy environment, the difficulties problems,as well as socio-economic development and the impact on the reform of the film industry.The direction of policy reform is,combined with the actual film industry at that time,and proposed the introduction of market economy policies should guide the reform of the film industry.Come to the direction of policy reform should be the development of the film industry to set up a complete scientific system of laws and regulations,in order to achieve the Government's direct control of the film industry to the indirect management of public administration functions.
