Throughout the history of China's legal system development,"the Eight Proposed" system is a historical phenomenon worthy of attention.The so-called "Eight Proposed" system refers to the ancient Chinese criminal trial on the special status of the eight categories of offenders.When they make a mistake,it reported to the emperor or the imperial court to decide to reduce or exempt from penalty system. "The Eight Proposed" that refers to propose the relatives,propose the acquaintances, propose prominent personage,propose capabilities,propose success,propose the nobles,propose the diligence and propose the former emperor."The Eight Proposed", began in the Western Zhou Dynasty,is generally believed that "the Eight Proposed" system is the ceremony in the Confucian classic into law..It visits as a starting point to fully reflect the "Tang" and the close relationship between "Ceremony".However,the main thrust of this article is not just confined to "Ceremony" in the thinking of Confucianism,but also to a group of prime ministers as an example,to survey the judicial practice of" The Eight Proposed" system in the application.
