Discussing the origins of art is a key question of the art theory. Since mankind has been ware of its existence, Especially when art is increasingly becoming an important cultural form of affect people's way of life. From the early period of ancient Greece to the modern context of post-modernism. Thus discussing the origin of art has been haunted academia, Because the origins of art involves in archeology, anthropology, psychology fields. Therefore, people can only deduced and expected in the light of the vast amount of material. Then bring forward"theory of labor","theory of game","theory of witch","theory of communicating feelings"and so on. They are the methodology that is very important.The theory of game as one of the origins of art caused more enormous repercussions than other theory in academia(the most influential theory is"theory of game"——Zhu Di) .Since Kant bring forward"theory of game".Later the"theory of game"was further developed and beyond by Schiller, Spencer, Heidegger. Gadamer, and achieved fruitful results in theory and formed a magnificent theoretical line. Especially, in the context of contemporary history, it will be the"rules of the game"theory to explain deeply. Shows that"theory of game"reflects the vigor and vitality with very ignificance of time.Therefore, this article from the basis of cardinging and outlining western"theory of game", trying to think and look at further the theory of game from modern context. And bring forward if the theory of game becomes a source of the art theory of the origin of art which still exists risk and difficuty. We can only emphasize its"rules of the game"on specific use on the works of art.
