Social development in Central Asia is a complicated historical process of long-term conflict, communication, integration and precipitation among various nations and different cultures. Both sober ancient Chinese culture and vigorous out-going Western culture, even pious Islamic culture and Russian culture which is the combination of east and west has gone through its own wax and wane here..Islamic cultural element has had a profound impact on the social development in Central Asia ever since the day it was introduced. In recent years, it takes the advantage of the disintegration of Soviet Union, to fill the religious vacuum and stimulate cultural reestablishment. A series of rehabilitation activities enabled Islamic cultural elements to play an active role in various fields of Central Asia. Although the Central Asian countries have pursued separation of church and state, however, as a result of long-term accumulation of history and culture, as well as its irreplaceable role in the revival of national culture and enhancement of national self-confidence, the Islamic culture will undoubtedly become an important influencing factor of Central Asian culture in the future. Whether from the perspectives of the geographic advantage or cultural advantage, the Russian elements all exert a great influence on the development of Central Asian countries however, due to the centrifugal tendency of Central Asian countries caused by the disintegration of Soviet Union as well as the plight of Russia's economic situation, , Russia was placed in a "willing but unable" position and generally in a declining status in the long run.; Western culture represented by the United States, as a strong culture in today's world, took the chance of fighting terrorism to enter Central Asia. It actively seized the geopolitical initiative in Central Asia by virtue of the advantages of soft power, but it also encountered many obstacles and aroused the vigilance of the Central Asian countries. In history, ancient and profound Chinese culture has benefited the whole Central Asia, but also is weakened because of the decline of national strength. In recent years, with the growth of national force, China began to strengthen its overall impact in Central Asia, but is still insufficient in cultural influencing power due to various reasons. Our research on the rise and fall trend of cultural forces, is not only a better understanding of the development process in Central Asia on a brand-new level, but also provides a historical basis for predicting the future development trend in Central Asia characterized by cultural impact.
