Research On The Construction Of National Culture Soft Power Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

Cultural soft power is a comprehensive manifestation of the overall strength and international competitiveness of a country’s culture.In the new century,the competition on the level of cultural soft power has become a new front for ideological struggle and comprehensive national strength competition in various countries.Along with the remarkable improvement of China’s economic strength,the construction of national cultural soft power should continue to advance.We must transform China’s favorable posi tion in economic strength into a cultural advantage and become a strong player in the international community.In the context of entering a new era,China must stand at the center of the world stage,from running and running to achieving leadership,from c ultural self-awareness and cultural self-confidence to achieving cultural self-improvement.In this process,cultural soft power construction is particularly important.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research on cultural soft power construction,and analyzes the situation of such research in academic circles at domestic and foreign,thus determining the writing ideas and methods,and also pointing out the innovation and existence insufficient place of research.The second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis related to the construction of national cultural soft power.Through the induction and setting of related concepts such as culture,soft power and cultural soft power,the author summarizes the evolution process of the concept of national cultural soft power and summarizes the basics composition.In addition,it also traces the expression of cultural related theories by classical Marxist writers,and sorts out the practice of the C hinese Communist Party on the theory of cultural construction before the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the 18 th National Congress,laying a basic theoretical foundation for the subsequent research and discussion.The third chapter is to dialectically analyze the status quo of the construction of cultural soft power in our country from the two aspects of achievements and existing problems.Although some achievements have been made,there are still a series of problems,such as socialist core values that still need time,cultural industry development needs to be strengthened,the level of social civilization needs to be improved,and the construction of int ernational discourse rights has a long way to go.The fourth chapter discusses the stud y of the construction of cultural soft power in the socialist countries with Chinese characteristics under the background of the new era,which is conducive to enhancing the overall national strength,enhancing national cohesion and safeguarding national c ultural security.Therefore,we must follow the guidance of Marxism and the people as the center.,The principle of building on the basis of excellent traditional culture and innovation-driven,provides a direction for the path of national cultural soft pow er construction.The fifth chapter proposes to research on the construction of national culture soft power of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era from four aspects: consolidating the foundation of national cultural soft power,accelerati ng the development of cultural industry and cultural undertakings,strengthening ideological and moral construction,strengthening cultural self-confidence,and improving international discourse power.
