In Marxist philosophy, the concept of practice is at the top of the basic concepts. But Marx did not give it the exact expression. So understanding of the concept of practice has always been a bone of contention. It is precisely because the practice of Marxist philosophy is the basic concepts of the primary, so how can we correctly understand the concept of practice is not a ignored question before each of the researchers of Marxist philosophy .Moreover, the concept of the practice properly understood and correctly grasp the meaning of Marxist philosophy and the existence of the premise of Marx's philosophy is to explore the contemporary meaning of human existence the key.In this paper, I understand the concept of the of practice from the books which were written by Marx himself and from the relation between Marx and Aristotle and Kant .That is to say: On the one hand, sort out the practice of philosophy beginning in Aristotle, through Kant's development, and ultimately the formation of Marx's scientific concept of such a practice leads; On the other hand, in Marx's version of Marx's concept of practice to sort out the formation of the final two aspects of this come to the practice of combining the concept of Marxist scientific definition. This practice to understand the concept of Marxist ontological significance lay a solid theoretical basis. The concept of the practice of Marxism with ontological significance. In the history of mankind, on the whole, there two kind of way to understand the world: materialism and idealism. They represent the source from the beginning of things there is to understand the nature of the world, and from beyond the world to grasp the essence of the form on the opposite point of view. The philosophy of the past in such a framework is established, and only the Marxist philosophy that the old way of thinking beyond the framework, developed a new way of thinking, for people to provide a new perspective of the world. Because the practice of Marxism is not only caused the world to see a two-tier nature of the root causes of conflicts and to resolve this contradiction is to achieve the basis of their unity. In this framework of thinking in order to understand the nature and significance of the practice. Marxism in practice the meaning of the concept of ontology can be achieved, the theoretical basis of Marxism is on the activities of German classical philosophy of Feuerbach's theory and the theory of perceptual objects, and to cast an integrated, and the result is the principle object of the formation of sexual activity. Object in principle to resolve the sexual activity and the natural, way of thinking and the existence of the existence and nature, should be and existing, freedom and necessity, between individual and type of abstract problem of separation and confrontation, and ultimately the formation and the nature of reality, specific and organic unity. Marxism in practice the meaning of the concept of the ontology embodied in: the existence and the existence of these two aspects of nature. That is the subject of emotional activity is the reality of human existence, but also the existing basis of perceptual world. At the same time, there is no more than "the nature of human reality," the wider world, and the natural sciences is also referred to evidence of the natural world and the real world and based on the premise.
