Research On Choosing Location For Urban RBD

City feature assembled and having function on harmonizing tourism and biz,urban RBD is popular and highly constructed at home and abroad.Research on RBD's chooseing location have being very basic and important part in RBD's construction,so it will have significance in theory and praxis.Firstly,the discourse establishs chooseing-location indicators system of RBD.Analysis factors which influence chooseing location,ascertains indicators system on chooseing location of RBD, includes four first-class indictors and eighteen sub-class indicators:Economic factors(the gross and growth rate of regional economy,the rationality of industry structure,the income of residents, Engel's coefficient,land prices,consumer prices);social and cultural factors(residents open attitude,the Government's recreation-oriented policy,and cultural atmosphere,the volume of moving population);tourism factors(the value of tourism resources,traffic conditions,location, neighbor effect,the volume of tourists,tourism management);environmental factors(air,water, the sound quality of the environment).Secondly,The use of fuzzy thinking of the fuzzy synthetical evaluating to establish indicators and targets proportion reviews membership,to use M(∧,∨) and M(●,+)type fuzzy evaluation model,combine of both,and then using analytic hierarchy process to establish RBD binding site of the dual-model multi-level fuzzy synthetical evaluating model.Thirdly,the location analysis of RBD in Chongqing.The use of a questionnaire issued to obtain the original data,model of fuzzy synthetical evaluating of RBD's choosing location is applied to the five options in the main urban areas,access to evaluation results.Study shows tha t:the Nan-bin Road region of the Nan-an District is the best urban areas for RBD;Jie-fang-bei-Hong-ya-dong region of Yu-zhong Distric is a good area to develop RBD;GuanYin-qiao region in Jiang-bei District is a suitable area;the Three Gorges Plaza area of Sha-ping-ba Distric temporarily does not belong to the RBD's location,but more a good foundation,for the future,wish to consider the location. Yang-jia-ping region of Jiu-long-po District should not be the site of RBD.
