This research discussed the structure of subordinates' trustworthy behaviors and its related factors in China,using positive method of Psychology.Especially,based on literature studying,open-questionnaires,and group discussion on brains storm,we collected scale items,which formed the initial scale.We revised the scale through Pretest and item analysis,and finally got the formal scale.After giving out questionnaires,we got a four-factor structure of subordinates' trustworthy behaviors by EFA and we tested the structure by CFA.We also discussed the relationship between subordinates' trustworthy behaviors and related variables.At last,the influence of demographics was tested on the four factors.The results are as follows:1.Subordinates' trustworthy behaviors in China are made up of four factors: personal contact,communication and exchange,loyalty and credibility,work talent. The reliability and validity of the scale were high enough.The statistic test result showed that there was no significant common method bias in the measurement.2.Subordinates' trustworthy behaviors have a positive influence on empowering leadership behavior,which includes support for individual development, participation in decision-making,and delegation of authority.3.Benevolent leadership and Moral leadership have partial mediate effect on subordinates' trustworthy behaviors and empowering leadership behavior,while Authoritarian leadership doesn't have mediate effect on them.And subordinates felt trust also has partial mediate effect on subordinates' trustworthy behaviors and empowering leadership behavior.4.There are significant differences on the four factors of subordinates' trustworthy behaviors among gender,position rank,and education,but there is no significant difference among different companies,working years in the department, and departments with different size.
