Culture is used by more and more countries as a kind of soft power.It is just like an invisible hand and has a great effect on the formulation and implementation of a country's foreign policy at all times.The institution and implementation of Japan's foreign policies will be influenced by the Group Consciousness,Shame Culture,Bushido,and Island Culture in Japanese culture.Group Consciousness causes Japan to ally with great power;Shame Culture causes Japan to deny history and beautify aggressions;Bushido causes Japan to seek military expansion;Island culture changed the nature of Japan's assistance to China.Active study of Japanese culture will be helpful to know the inherent law and trend of Japan's diplomacy.In order to solve historical, territorial and other issues in the future,corresponding policies should be formulated.
