Workplace Relational Aggression involves employees’“exclusion of others in isolation”"or ignore the others,unfriendly gaze "on a target employee and subjecting him or her topsychological harassments. Studying "Workplace Relational Aggression Behaviors" helpsthe development of healthy organization. Recently, it has become the focus of studiesof work and health psychology.The purposes of this dissertation were to investigate the contents of workplacemobbing behaviors as well as to study the consequences of workplace relationalaggression behaviors in china. For these purposes, some standard research method,such as literature review, interview and survey were used in this research. In addition,exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were also applied for dateanalysis. The main conclussions are as the following:Firstly, the content of workplace relational aggression behaviors consisted of twofactors, which included obstructionism, expressions of hostility,covert aggression. Thereliability and validity of workplace relational aggression behaviors questionnairewere highly enough.Secondly, the research discussed about the demographical variable’s effects onworkplace relational aggression behaviors. The demographical variable included sex,marital status, age, working age, cultural level. We found that the demographicalvariable except sex and age had some significant effects on some dimensions ofworkplace relational aggression behaviors.Thirdly, the research discussed the relationship between workplace relationalaggression and its consequences. It was discovered that "expression of hostility" waspositively correlated with job insecurity and turnover intention;"covert aggression "was positively correlated with job insecurity and turnover intention.Fourthly, the research discussed the mediate effects of job insecurity byhierarchical regression analysis. We found that job insecurity was the fully mediate variable in the relationship between "expression of hostility ","covert aggression" andturnover intention;. Current limitations and future research orientation were alsodiscussed at the end of the dissertation.Current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the endof the dissertation.
