Occupational burnout has become a hot issue in respect of Pedagogy and psychological research in recent years. As a high risk population, the teacher's burnout is of great concern. Through questionnaire survey from Music teachers of Shandong Province 10 Universities about its occupational burnout and factors, the author aims to acquire first-hand information on the collection of data and information. and on the basis of statistical analysis and rational thinking. Its purpose of this paper is to make up for the university's occupational burnout empirical research deficiencies.In order to achieve the above purpose, this study adopts questionnaire on teachers' occupational burnout MBI on the basis of the revised questionnaire which compiled from the burnout and self questionnaire,which conducted a survey to 62 teachers.The results show: burnout is a prevalent phenomenon , more emotional performance is due to lack of personal accomplishment and failure to reduce two dimensions. The personal background of different factors such as gender, age, marital status, the nature of courses, job, education, income, and so on the various dimensions of occupational burnout affect, and particularly on the emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment both influenced significantly. Teacher's occupational burnout attribute to five reasons: social factors, school management, teacher's personal factors, students and interpersonal factors, and other factors, etc.The author made some reflection and put forward an effective strategy on occupational burnout according to the findings of from social support, school management and teachers `s own perspective.
