The Research Of Change Of Cultural Industry Policy Of Our Country In Last Decade (1997-2007)

Cultural industry policy is a kind of policy that adjusts the cultural industry relations and regulates cultural industry activities through economic, legal and administrative methods in order to improve economic prosperity and the cultural sustainable development. In the past ten years, the rapid development of cultural industry of our country has a close relationship with the reasonable policies.Through public policy theory, this thesis will analyze our country's cultural industry policies. First, the ten-year changing process of relevant policies will be reviewed with the emphasis on characteristic-finding. Then, the reasons inside and outside will be analyzed. At last, through using public policy theory, the effects of the ten-year changes of cultural industry policies will be evaluated.
