Research On The Words In Xinyu(新语)

The Xinyu(新语)was a works of Lujia (陆贾),who was a notable statesman and writer in the Western Han Dynasty .Based on the achievements summed up by our predecessors, I research the vacaubulary of the Xinyu(新语) using the method of special book's vocabulary and lexicography .The paper was made up of three chapters. The first chapter was the introduction. The second chapter was the summary of the Xinyu(新语)'s vocabulary characteristics. And assorted them in the third chapter.This paper has provided some valuable meanings for the Lexical History in Chinese and general lexicology.
