A Study On The Awareness Awaken Of The Psychological Defense Mechanism

This study tried to discuss the sense of composition and waking means in psychological defense mechanism.This thesis on research methods in the experimental group,primarily by members of the psychological defense mechanism theory study,submited the stress of self-reports and consultative help every two month,then ego desense style questionnaire(DSQ) was used to assess the effect.The results as follows:(1) Traditional psychological defense mechanism and response can be unified in the field of self-psychology,there were no obvious boundaries between them.Psychological defense mechanism not only has the subconscious components, should also include components of preconscious and consciousness.The mechanism was gradually formed,adjusted and improved in the self and environment's teraction. It was decides by the subject's main living environment,the way of family education, a variety of stress,while at the same time affecting the subject's approachs when faced various living situation.(2) Awaken consciousness are the core of the psychological defense structure optimization.Consciousness play the role of valve or commander,which led to master self-defense mechanism's effect during stress process.In the Psychological defense mechanisms exist a virtual model,which works mainly depend on the social functional limen.When there is no direct damage to the subject's social function by the stress,it woule mostly adopt to the unconscious,habitual self-defense style.When the stress has exceeded the subject's protection of the social functional limen,it would mostly adopt to the coping style under the situation.(3) Effective training can reduce the psychological defense structure's consciousness waking value,it can be the improved and increased in the subject's own cases of long-term continuous,it can also acquired mature psychological defense hands by the sophisticated stress cases,it can also increased the application of the subject's scientific active defense by the psychological defense mechanism theoretical studying.
