Study On The Frustration Psychology And Frustration Education Of College Sudents

At an age of rapid social change, contemporary college students are also staying at a time of becoming mentally mature but not mature completely. They are facing an problem of all aspects of psychological adaptation, such as environmental adaptation,heavy economical burden, complex human relationships, unstable love, difficult vocation-selection and so on. Because of their poor psychological-endurance and bad ability of anti-frustration, many college students will become nervous,anxious and pessimistic once they encounted setbacks. The students who suffered deeply will be psychologically disordered and even will walk onto the path of suicide, which will have a great impact on their families and the society. Therefore, it becomes an important task of ideological and political education to strengthen the frustration education of college students, improve their psychological quality, enhance their ability of handling various psychological pressure and psychological crisis.Under the guidance of Marxism , this article has learned from domestic and overseas research findings and used the study methods, such as literature study, analytical integration to do a comprehensive and specific study of the basic theories of frustration education of college students. This paper included these parts as follows: l,introduction(the problem, the present research situation of academia,the theoretical and practical significance) 2, analysis of college students' frustration psychology(the definition,causes,types and behaviors) 3,nature of college students' frustration education(the definition,characteristics ,purpose and principles of frustration education) 4,the status and significance of college students' frustration education 5,effective ways of college students' frustration education(carrying through the college students' frustration education based on the organic integration of three perspectives,mental health education,social practice education with schools, families and social aspects )To some extent, this paper made up the lack of relative theoretical support of psychology in college students' frustration education.
