Zhu Xiang is one of the important poets in Chinese modern literature,Lu Xun has called him "Chinese Keats".If we study poets in this period of China,he cannot be ignored." Zhu Xiang's death" always has been the priority that we study about Zhu Xiang.In today's cultural context,we can get new perceptions and feelings if we look at " Zhu Xiang's death " from today's perspective.Form 1990's," Poet's death" always have been studied as cultural phenomenon by our domestic scholars,and " Zhu Xiang's death " belongs to "Poet's death ",so,we can study "Zhu Xiang's death" as cultural phenomenon.Not only this practice accords with today's cultural context,but also reflects the real souls of Chinese intellectuals of his age from this cultural phenomenon.This paper studies "Zhu Xiang's death" as cultural phenomenon,and structures " Zhu Xiang's death" intentionally with research method about "Poet's death " in phenomenology.The focal point is discussiong reason of "Zhu Xiang's death" from four aspects,including despair of love faith,despair of friendship faith,deaspair of poetry art faith and full of despair,and seeing about the construction of the process of "Zhu Xiang's death",in this process,the key is analyzing "Death consciousness" of Zhu Xiang's literature,lastly,researchs the cultural significance of "Zhu Xiang's death" from two aspects,including watching the art of poetry and identifying with the ultimate value of poet.
