It begins with angle of rhetoric in this paper, I study Chinese movie titles making use of knowledge which is in relation to rhetoric, phonetics, phrasing learn etc. At first the paper studied main function of rhetoric body. The composers of movie titles have played important role in rhetoric activities. It began with the name principle that rhetoric body need follow, the effect that rhetoric body caused and the composer should pay more attention to the mentality of the audiences and have pointed out some rhetoric questions because of the composers in it. The appliance of rhetoric methods including phonetics rhetoric, vocabulary rhetoric and trope in movie titles can create much more rhetoric effect, The culture meaning of movie titles will be able to accelerate communion and spread of international culture.
