The paper studies the "Yi Yu" from the linguistic point systematically. The "Yi Yu" is the third part of the twenty-second volume of the "Deng Tan Bi Jiu" which is published in the year of Wan Li of the Ming Dynasty. It is a Chinese and Mongolian dictionary which marked the Mongolian in Chinese. In this paper, we study the voice, syllables and words of the "Yi Yu" mainly by the statistical and induction methods.The paper consists of five parts, namely, Introduction, Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter III, and Bibliography.First of all, we transcribe the Mongolian words appeared in the "Yi Yu", by Latin, and also analyze some problems of its voice. Secondly, we count the Chinese characters that marked the Mongolian words, and then study the relationship between the analysis of the Mongolian words and the Chinese characters. On this basis, we sum up the Chinese characters which marked the Mongolian words as well as the end syllables of the Mongolian words. Finally, we compare the Mongolian words in the "Yi Yu" with the Mongolian words in the "Hua Yi Yi Yu", finding out the different points. At the same time, we analyze the synonyms and the near-synonyms. We also find out and classify the words only appeared in the "Yi Yu".In the end, there was an appendix of Mongolian words index of the "Deng Tan Bi Jiu".
