In the 1990s, the pattern of Chinese literature are becoming diversified, and the city literature bring prosperity and vitality to Chinese literature. Qiu Huadong and Zhu Wen as writers of the city literature have achieved great success in their literature.In this paper, at a point of the writing of the urban desire, Qiu Huadong and Zhu Wen' novels are compared with the emotion about the urban desire,the urban landscape,the desire of life,the female image and the narrative strategies in accordance with the main theory of the existentialism of Jean-Paul Sartre. Qiu Huadong and Zhu Wen in the creation endorsed the individual desire. Qiu Huadong' writing is more concerned about the urban desire in particular the desire for material which makes an enormous impact on survival of the modern man and woman; Zhu Wen focuses on the performance of the lack desire which binds human freedom and constraints the diversified Show of human nature. Qiu Huadong and Zhu Wen pay attention to the spiritual world of the urban man and the current state of the urban Survival away from traditional literary works in hopeless Utopian cry, which is a current humanistic care, which keeps up with the times and the civilian population under the concept about the human value.
